Initiate a Return Request
Contact our support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear Securely
Carefully place the product in its original factory packaging, including all power cables, remotes, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible for our receiving department.
Inspection and Refund
